Morgan Johnson, a native of Stockton, is the Deputy Director of Concrete Development and possesses an innate ability to develop step-by-step processes that enhance efficiency in any environment. She is a single parent with lived experiences in homelessness, economic instability, violence, and substance use disorder. Among Morgan’s greatest personal achievements have been developing independence and self-sustainability.  

Morgan has facilitated trainings, created and hosted community events that foster civic engagement, voter education, and social justice leadership development. She is a business entrepreneur, artist, and musician who is skilled at event coordination, media and communications design. Morgan finds solace and inspiration in nature, values fitness, and enjoys hairstyling.
