Kevin McNeil was born and raised in Stockton and serves as the Program Coordinator for Concrete Development. He is 53 years old and is the father of one son. After 30 total years in prison, Kevin is celebrating 2 years of new life post-incarceration. He has lived experience with substance use disorder and gang activity. For over 17 years, Kevin has been an active facilitator in the Alternatives to Violence Program and is also a member of AA/NA, and CGA (Criminal Gang Anonymous). In his current work with Concrete Development he provides program facilitation and peer support mentoring for incarcerated and violence-impacted transition aged youth and adults.
