Daniel Bass serves as our Regional Community Violence Intervention Organizer, working to reduce violence and strengthen community safety through prevention, outreach, and coordinated support services. Shaped by lived experience and personal transformation, Daniel brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals impacted by violence, incarceration, and systemic barriers. With years of experience in violence prevention, recovery, and youth mentorship, he focuses on building trust with high-risk individuals, supporting reentry efforts, and connecting families to critical resources. His work is rooted in trauma-informed care, accountability, and the belief that change is possible when communities invest in people.
