Andee Zetterbaum was one of the founders of the San Joaquin County Victim/Offender Reconciliation Program, and served on its board for 9 years. She also brings to CDI many years of experience in non-profit management and legislative and policy analysis. After 10 years running her own small business consulting company, 25 years ago she took a position with a software development company specializing in systems for agriculture. She retired at the end of 2019, but is still serving as a nearly-fulltime consultant to the same company. She was part of the CALL Stockton Initiative, and serves on the board of the Episcopal Church of St. John the Baptist in Lodi. In her spare time, she is an avid nature and wildlife photographer.
